Description

Lead business analysis for large-scale implementations and multi-line projects, owning requirements management and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirements management process for new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive requirements management plans.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and business representatives to define software requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process diagrams, report mock-ups, and wireframes.
• Mentor and support junior business analysts.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
• Experience creating process diagrams, report mock-ups, and wireframes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
• Experience collaborating with external clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of third-party administration and claims management business and technology.
