Description

You will provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support and maintain client-side infrastructure in Basel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support via email, phone, and in-person assistance.
• Install and maintain client computers, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Manage MS Windows, MS Office, and telephone systems.
• Execute annual PC replacement campaigns and follow Group IT ticketing processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for IT emergencies one week every five weeks.
• Report technical issues and propose solutions to improve service and user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or a customer service organization.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office environments.
• Experience managing client hardware including printers and mobile devices.
• Ability to classify technical issues and escalate them through proper channels.
• Fluency in English.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Willingness to perform night and weekend emergency duty on a rotational basis.

Preferred Skills

• Additional language skills in French, German, or Turkish.
