Description

You will manage and support the organization's IT environments, covering operating systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Linux, Windows, and MacOS operating systems.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including TCP/IP and OSI layers.
• Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Administer collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, and handle user provisioning.
• Maintain hardware inventories and support CCTV systems, including Hikvision devices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Linux, Windows, and MacOS system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN/WAN).
• Experience managing firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Skills in CCTV systems and DVR installation/support.
• Experience with user provisioning and access control.
• Familiarity with log monitoring and workflow troubleshooting.
