You will manage and support enterprise infrastructure applications and services to optimize employee productivity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT contact for Executives and provide day-to-day support for AWS remote users.
- Support the delivery of technology services for GxP and G&A systems, including HRIS, CLM, CTMS, Clinical, Biometrics, and Quality systems.
- Manage incident and service request delivery within a Windows Enterprise environment.
- Maintain enterprise infrastructure primarily hosted on Cloud/SaaS or AWS IaaS environments.
- Provide technical support for both remote and local employees, contractors, and vendors.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency with AWS environments.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- Experience using SCCM and Intune.
- Technical familiarity with Mac OS X and Jamf.
- Experience managing MDM solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
