Description

Provide technical support for end users and internal applications while leading technical projects and managing expenditures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (BYOD).
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with developers for permanent fixes.
• Lead technical projects involving internal teams, business users, and external suppliers.
• Manage project expenditure through budgeting, tracking, and control.
• Interpret complex business and IT requirements to implement logical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system analysis.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and laptop imaging.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Asset Management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Outlook, Teams, and in-house applications.
• Ability to manage hardware replacements through third-party vendors.
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating with external suppliers.
