Description

You will manage Microsoft environments, network infrastructure, and cloud migrations for the Austin office.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, network configurations, and physical IT server maintenance.
• Resolve tickets related to email security, cloud applications, and archived services.
• Develop and migrate physical systems and data to cloud environments.
• Maintain secure infrastructure including Cisco switches, routers, and wireless devices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments.
• Extensive experience with configuration and end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Cisco switches and routers in secure environments.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Azure, and OneDrive.
• Experience managing both cloud and physical on-site network and system services.
• Ability to provide direct support to business units and stakeholders.
• Experience with virtual storage and server configurations.
• Background in implementing secure networking for internet, file storage, and printers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta environment management.
