Description

Manage L2 support and system stability for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for daily production issues and participate in triage calls for P1 and P2 incidents.
• Identify root causes of tickets and implement permanent fixes to reduce ticket volume.
• Onboard new projects into Documentum and maintain overall system health.
• Resolve production incidents and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in system administration or L2 support.
• Expertise in L2 production support and incident resolution.
• Experience with Documentum onboarding and management.
• Strong root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience managing P1 and P2 triage calls.
• Ability to maintain system health and stability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
