Description

Design, build, and optimize enterprise search and AI solutions using NLP and ML to understand user intent and extract insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered search systems using NLP and ML.
• Integrate search systems with diverse data sources, including databases and cloud storage.
• Build custom generative AI applications and agents on the Glean platform.
• Design customized solutions by collaborating with business users to meet specific needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable internal users to utilize search and AI tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise search engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Glean, including indexing, query processing, and search optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with AI/ML techniques for search, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and ranking algorithms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and maintaining user training materials.
