Description

You will own the administration and optimization of enterprise collaboration tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration applications and integrations across the business.
• Configure and optimize IT tools to scale the workplace collaboration environment.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to remove workflow bottlenecks.
• Drive technical and process improvements to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Serve as the technical escalation point, guiding IT and business units on complex issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta.
• Strong background managing modern SaaS tools.
• Experience supporting complex system integrations.
• Proficiency in automation using APIs and/or iPaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated collaboration with security engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
