Description

You will manage and maintain Slack and collaboration workspaces as a technical expert.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Slack workspaces and custom Slack applications.
• Enforce best practices, standards, and enterprise-aligned technical documentation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and ServiceNow queues.
• Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc demos and training for apps and workflows.
• Collaborate with external teams to resolve support issues and implement integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Slack environments.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS platforms.
• Experience enabling enterprise processes using Slack workflows, forms, apps, and APIs.
• Proficiency configuring integrations using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Postman.
• Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of common networking terms and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables through effective time management.

Preferred Skills

• Slack Admin or Slack Developer certifications.
• Experience with custom Slack Bot and Slack apps development.
