Lead the systems analysts team to ensure high standards in requirements management and business analysis for large-scale, multi-line projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems analysts team in gathering and managing requirements for large projects and programs.
• Devise and execute requirements management plans while maintaining ownership of the analyst role and responsibilities.
• Review software requirements from team members to ensure alignment with governance and strategic IT goals.
• Produce documentation standards including process diagrams, report mock-ups, and wireframes.
• Mentor team members and facilitate discussions between stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in systems analysis or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in systems analysis and design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management and systems analysis workflows.
• Advanced analytical, interpretive, and structured analysis skills.
• Expertise in requirements documentation, including wireframes and process diagrams.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and meet strict project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements.
• Knowledge of third-party administration and claims management.
