Description

Manage backend technical support and system analysis for ERP applications and production environments in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities

• Resolve break-fix issues and manage technical ticket activity to maintain system stability.
• Analyze database backend infrastructure and ERP processes, including AP, AR, and purchasing activities.
• Investigate root causes of issues through direct interaction with customers.
• Support and maintain business, financial, manufacturing, HR, and compliance applications.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks across multiple assigned projects using independent judgment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis.
• Strong SQL knowledge for backend technical troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP applications and understanding their underlying database processes.
• Proven ability to manage medium- to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in supporting Business Applications, HR Applications, and Compliance Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Syspro ERP.
