Description

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely hardware and software support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
• Conduct hardware diagnostics; perform upgrades and replacements as needed
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data in compliance with IT policies
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory
• Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides
• Provide basic end-user training on IT concepts, applications, and best practices

Required Skills

• Desktop and laptop hardware/software troubleshooting
• OS installation, configuration, and patch management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
• Experience with complex system implementations or upgrades
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Proven ability to handle high-impact, complex issues
