Description

You will provide on-site IT support, managing hardware and software issues for users while maintaining system security and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and perform necessary upgrades or replacements.
• Implement security measures to protect systems and data in compliance with IT policies.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory, while creating user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience.
• Strong expertise in desktop and laptop hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and patch management.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and system upgrades.
• Ability to enforce security compliance and manage IT documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex system implementations or upgrades.
• Skills in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
