IT Systems Analyst

Manage core IT infrastructure, security, and business applications in Mississauga.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, hardware, endpoints, and databases.
• Administer physical and virtual server environments to ensure security and uptime.
• Configure and manage firewall systems, including rule implementation and performance monitoring.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications, system design documentation, and test plans for new implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Hands-on experience managing physical and virtual server infrastructures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting core business applications and database systems.
• Experience with firewall configuration and network security monitoring.
• Ability to create technical documentation and system design specifications.
• Experience developing and executing system test plans.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
