Analyze and integrate complex IT systems to ensure seamless data flow across mainframe and distributed platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate complex IT systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow across various platforms.
• Design, develop, and manage ETL processes for efficient data migration and integration.
• Develop and maintain Identity Management (IDM) solutions to ensure secure access and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in managing and maintaining Z platforms and VM databases.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
• Extensive experience with mainframe systems, including Z platforms and VM databases.
• Proficiency in COBOL and Natural programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IDM) and ETL processes.
• Proven experience with Z Platforms, Cobol, and ETL Processes.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience with additional programming languages and database management systems.
