Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Help Desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Experience with desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk, etc.)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
