Description

You will manage IT support operations and resolve technical issues for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and configure Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Manage ITSM tickets using ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk.
• Diagnose networking issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity.
• Provide technical support and maintain service desk documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk roles.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and/or Mac OS administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Zendesk.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
