Description

You will develop, enhance, and support SCADA and MES applications to ensure daily production system uptime.

Responsibilities

• Execute SCADA and MES development, configuration, and tag database generation.
• Provide hands-on production support for systems during the 1st shift.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement integration enhancements with PLCs, JDE, and other systems.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, design documentation, and control standards.
• Conduct operator training and analyze system performance for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with Ignition and Sepasoft development and support.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Jython, C, C++, Visual Basic, or SQL.
• Working knowledge of Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
• Proficiency with OPC-UA and MQTT protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows Servers.
• Skills in development, documentation, process flows, ITSM, and troubleshooting.
