Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements for claims and case management workflows.
• Resolve technical system issues using analytical and interpretive skills.
• Negotiate requirements and technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Improve existing business and technology processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio.
• Basic understanding of code.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-line claims management or case management systems.
• Knowledge of third-party administration and claims management technology.
• DevOps management experience.
