Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of digital communication technologies and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration methods.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages, chatbot frameworks, and NLP libraries.
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to create technical documentation, flowcharts, and user stories.
