Responsibilities

• Design scalable digital communication solutions and oversee their development and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system diagrams.
• Develop custom features to meet specific communication goals.
• Analyze user engagement and conversion metrics to identify optimization trends.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve defects with development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and digital communication technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration methods.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages, chatbot frameworks, and NLP libraries.
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to create technical documentation, flowcharts, and user stories.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and machine learning concepts.
• Specific experience with chatbot technologies.
