Description

Analyze system behavior across integrated environments, identify root causes, and drive resolutions. Design and implement configuration changes and integrations aligned with architectural standards. Develop test scenarios and conduct unit, system, regression, and acceptance testing. Create and maintain automated test results where applicable. Partner with product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to strategize resolution plans and set clear expectations. Educate stakeholders and Help Desk staff to resolve common production issues faster. Identify and implement support automation and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Spring or a comparable object-oriented language.
• Experience troubleshooting complex, integrated systems and relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging/integration patterns, and diagnosing application and server logs.
• Proficiency in Git and Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for version control and work management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OutSystems.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
