Analyze system behavior across integrated environments, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system behavior and identify root causes of issues across multiple integrated systems.
• Design and implement configuration changes and integrations aligned to coding and architectural standards.
• Develop test scenarios and conduct unit, system, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to strategize resolution plans and timelines.
• Implement support automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Spring or a comparable object-oriented language.
• Experience troubleshooting complex, integrated systems and relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging/integration patterns, and diagnosing application and server logs.
• Proficiency in Git and Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for version control and work management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OutSystems.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
