Description

You manage and support end-user workstations, software applications, and infrastructure for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Apple, Client, and UFT applications in user environments.
• Manage physical to virtual workstation environments and support Windows 11 upgrades using imaging tools.
• Provision and de-provision user access across project server resources and tools.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades for Unix, Windows, and MySQL databases, including backup procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for software tools and communicate status to users and management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT support and systems engineering.
• Deep experience with Windows and Unix (specifically RHEL and Ubuntu) environments.
• Proficiency in managing LAN/WAN network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of MySQL databases, including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with Git development software tools and managing related binaries for IDEs.
• Ability to create and manage documentation, including training and process guides.
• Experience handling ticketing systems, such as creating CRQ, WO, and INC in Remedy.
• Familiarity with enterprise system auditing and inventory assessments for hardware and network appliances.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to support systems 24/7, including weekend on-call rotation.
