What's the Job?

• Lead and collaborate on IT disaster recovery initiatives to improve internal services for stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com to monitor and enhance IT processes.
• Document and track enhancements in Business Continuity modules within ServiceNow and other project management tools.
• Develop business cases and implement automation tools and AI solutions to streamline disaster recovery practices, reduce risks, and increase resilience.
• Provide technical support for IT Disaster Recovery Self-Service projects and participate in adopting new technologies and best practices.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices for automating workflows and streamlining operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as scripting, Power Automate, and AI tools
