Description

You will lead IT disaster recovery initiatives to improve internal service resilience and reduce operational risk. Your work bridges technical automation with strategic business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation tools and AI solutions to streamline disaster recovery practices and enhance system resilience.
• Create dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com to monitor IT processes and track performance metrics.
• Document and track enhancements in Business Continuity modules within ServiceNow and other project management tools.
• Provide technical support for IT Disaster Recovery Self-Service projects and adopt new technologies and best practices.
• Develop business cases to justify automation investments and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SRE/DevOps practices for automating workflows and streamlining operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, including scripting and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with monitoring and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for IT operations.
