Description

You will lead IT disaster recovery initiatives, build monitoring dashboards, and automate business continuity workflows using ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Splunk.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on IT disaster recovery initiatives to improve internal services.
• Create dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com to monitor IT processes.
• Document and track enhancements in Business Continuity modules within ServiceNow.
• Develop business cases and implement automation tools and AI solutions to streamline disaster recovery practices.
• Provide technical support for IT Disaster Recovery Self-Service projects and adopt new technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices for automating workflows and streamlining operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as scripting and Power Automate.
• Experience with AI tools for process improvement.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
