Description

You will manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to support both office and remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technology support and break/fix efforts for all staff.
• Manage the full hardware and software lifecycle, including acquisition, inventory, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer network and server hardware, collaborating with facilities on conferencing resources.
• Maintain system security and privacy through patch management and configuration.
• Create technical documentation and deliver employee training on internal processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
• Experience with Okta and system configuration.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware components.
• Understanding of information security concepts and ISMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work within an Agile or Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, Kaseya, Meraki, or Zscaler.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
• Background working in a late-stage startup environment.
