Description

You will engineer and administer on-premise and remote IT infrastructure, managing incidents and driving system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain computer and networking systems to meet business goals.
• Manage Tier 2 incident and problem resolution within established SLAs.
• Own all infrastructure technology changes and coordinate data protection practices with cybersecurity leadership.
• Train internal personnel on system administration and improve Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of information technology experience within an infrastructure function.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Azure, Identity Management, and M365 applications.
• Proficiency with AWS and VMware environments.
• Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, and SAN technology stacks.
• Proficiency in Bash and/or PowerShell script authoring.
• Proficiency with Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with ITIL change, incident, problem, and asset management.

Preferred Skills

• MCSE, CompTIA Network, ITIL, or CISSP certifications.
• Experience in the Biotechnology or Life Science industry.
