Description

You will manage end-user computing infrastructure and provide advanced Level 2-3 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage PC images for Windows 7, 10, and 11 using sysprep, DISM, and Imagex.
• Own the management of Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager (EPM) and Ivanti Service Manager (ISM).
• Deploy desktop software and manage integration between EPM and ISM tools.
• Resolve escalated desktop and helpdesk issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Support Office 365 applications and Microsoft Azure environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or technical analysis.
• Direct experience with Ivanti EPM, Ivanti ISM, or Microsoft System Center (SCCM).
• Advanced proficiency in PC image creation and management using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Experience with scripting using PowerShell or batch files for application deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT device security and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with certification and testing methodologies in complex computing environments.
