Description

You will provide Level 2-3 technical support for end-user computing tools and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced Desktop and Helpdesk escalations.
• Manage Windows 7, 10, and 11 image creation and software application support.
• Deploy desktop software using EPM and ISM tools.
• Maintain and manage the EPMS tool and systems management services.
• Enter, track, and resolve service calls with proper documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering.
• Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and application scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Technical knowledge of ISM and EPM tools.
• Ability to manage Windows imaging using sysprep, DISM, Imagex, or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex computing environments and infrastructure.
• Experience with networking and client-server fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager (EPM) or Ivanti Service Manager (ISM).
• Knowledge of application installations, interoperability, and IT device security.
• Familiarity with certification and testing methodologies.
