Description

You will develop and support workflow automation for employee lifecycle and office technologies, including SaaS applications, MDM, and asset management. You will build and maintain IT services using infrastructure as code. You will design internal tooling and monitoring for IT services and cross-functional partners. You will partner with the Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, handling procurement and installation of AV, networking, and security equipment. You will configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware.

Required Skills

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years of equivalent IT Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience using REST APIs.
• Understanding of network theory.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and public clouds.
• Experience with SaaS applications and MDM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with asset management systems.
• Background in procurement and physical hardware installation.
