Description

You will build and maintain the infrastructure that supports employee lifecycle workflows and office technologies. Your work bridges software automation with physical IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support workflow automation for employee lifecycle processes and SaaS applications.
  • Build and maintain IT services using infrastructure as code practices.
  • Design and develop internal tooling and monitoring systems for IT services and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with the Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, including procurement and installation of AV, networking, and security equipment.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware and MDM solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of IT Engineering experience or a BS in Computer Science with equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience building and integrating with REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of network theory and infrastructure concepts.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with MDM and asset management tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience setting up physical office infrastructure including AV and security systems.
