You will build and maintain the infrastructure that supports employee lifecycle workflows and office technologies. Your work bridges software automation with physical IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support workflow automation for employee lifecycle processes and SaaS applications.
- Build and maintain IT services using infrastructure as code practices.
- Design and develop internal tooling and monitoring systems for IT services and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with the Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, including procurement and installation of AV, networking, and security equipment.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware and MDM solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT Engineering experience or a BS in Computer Science with equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience building and integrating with REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of network theory and infrastructure concepts.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Experience with MDM and asset management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience setting up physical office infrastructure including AV and security systems.
