Description

Develop and support workflow automation for employee lifecycle and office technologies, build infrastructure as code, and design internal tooling and monitoring for IT services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate workflows for employee lifecycle and office technologies, including SaaS applications, MDM, and asset management.
• Build and maintain IT services using infrastructure as code.
• Design and develop internal tooling and monitoring for IT services and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with the Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, handling procurement and installation of AV, networking, and security equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of equivalent IT Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience using REST APIs.
• Understanding of network theory.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure public cloud platforms.
