Description

You will own the automation of employee lifecycle workflows, office technology infrastructure, and internal IT tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflow automation for employee lifecycle and office technologies using SaaS applications and MDM.
• Build and manage IT services infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles.
• Design and develop internal tooling and monitoring solutions for IT services and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with the Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, including procurement and installation of AV, networking, and security equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain company hardware and ensure network theory best practices are applied.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Engineering experience or a BS in Computer Science with equivalent practical background.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience using REST APIs for integration and automation.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Experience managing SaaS applications and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Understanding of network theory and hardware deployment.
