Description

Design, install, and maintain organizational computer systems and networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of IT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff or vendors.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users on IT-related queries.
• Document IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Meraki switches.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA and general firewall management.
• Experience with Azure cloud networking, infrastructure, server systems, and AVD.
• Administration of Office 365 systems including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Management of VMware clusters and SAN/NAS storage.
• Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access and Silver Peak SDWAN appliances.

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshooting expertise across complex network and system environments.
