What's the Job?

• Own desktop service management, including system architecture, design, build, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Operate and support Intune and MECM (SCCM) components such as OS Deployment, Software Updates, and Client Health.
• Provide engineering support for desktop Privilege Management using products like Ivanti and Intune Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Manage Tier 3 and higher ticket queues, acting as a point of escalation and working with vendors to resolve complex issues.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of five years of recent experience with desktop operating systems and infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Desktop OS (Win10/11), Hybrid Join, and Co-management.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and familiarity with security tools like Windows Defender and Data Loss Prevention.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum, with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive data, requiring US citizenship, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills across diverse teams
