Description

You will own day-to-day administration of the server, virtualization, and network environments across multiple sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualization environments across multiple locations.
• Manage identity and productivity platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, and Exchange Online in a hybrid configuration.
• Build and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless, VLANS, and VPNs.
• Lead the IT workstream for acquisitions, planning and executing integrations with minimal business disruption.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for system and network engineering tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on system and network engineering experience.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration skills.
• Experience with Hyper-V or comparable virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Entra ID (Azure AD) and Exchange Online hybrid setups.
• Solid networking fundamentals with backup and disaster-recovery experience.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and exposure to ERP environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience.
• Prior M&A or IT integration experience.
