Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Team Leader / Senior IT Support Engineer to manage and coordinate IT operations and deskside support across multiple locations, including Lyon, Paris and Meyzieu.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for users, local IT teams and business stakeholders while ensuring high-quality IT support, timely incident resolution and compliance with service-level requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day IT operations and deskside support across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for users, local IT/site leads and business stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and support Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, mobile devices, printers, AV/conferencing equipment and telephony.
- Provide support for network-related infrastructure and local IT environments.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams, infrastructure teams, vendors and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage local IT asset inventory, device deployments, replacements, returns, leasing and e-waste processes.
- Coordinate mobile telephony operations, including iPhone/iPad allocation, SIM management, renewals and inventory.
- Support network and data centre operations, including rack elevation, UPS, cabling and hands-and-feet activities.
- Ensure endpoint devices remain compliant with security policies, patching requirements, antivirus and security controls.
- Work with technologies and security controls such as BitLocker, Zscaler, CrowdStrike and Carbon Black.
- Coordinate IT procurement activities, equipment orders, quotations, shipments and vendor management.
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to junior IT team members.
- Coordinate field-force activities across assigned locations.
- Take ownership of IT operations and ensure consistent service delivery across all supported sites.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, EUC or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong experience managing IT operations across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, desktop hardware, laptops and Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow / ITSM.
- Experience with IT asset management, procurement and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of networking and data centre support.
- Experience with endpoint security, patch management and security compliance.
- Knowledge of BitLocker, Zscaler, CrowdStrike and/or Carbon Black is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of IT operations.
- Strong customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent French and English are required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a senior IT professional with strong hands-on technical expertise combined with team leadership and multi-site coordination experience. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with users, vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders while managing priorities across multiple locations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional IT Support/Infrastructure experience may be considered.
