Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and architecture of SmartCOMM and Quadient Inspire solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
• Lead development, implementation, and production support of SmartCOMM/Quadient Inspire systems.
• Manage integrations with enterprise applications, REST APIs, and document processing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Review solution designs, code, and configurations to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with SmartCOMM and Quadient Inspire implementations.
• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and Customer Communication Management.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with Production Support and incident management.
• Ability to manage technical discussions directly with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XSLT and Java Wrapper Tools development.
• Knowledge of batch processes, DB/DC domains, and release deployment processes.
• Proven stakeholder management and technical governance experience.
