Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of identity and access management services across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of complex access rights within Unix, Oracle, and Windows systems.
• Own the entire lifecycle of broker and employee accounts to ensure identity integrity.
• Analyze, identify, and correct access risks across different systems.
• Act as an escalation point for Level I support and intervene during critical system failures.
• Monitor service SLAs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in IAM deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) position.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows environments.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and synthesis of access risks.
• Experience managing main stakeholders of IAM security services.
• Capability to develop technical documentation for end users.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of identity governance solutions such as SailPoint.
• Experience working within the insurance industry.
