• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure
• 4+ years of hands-on Disaster Recovery (DR) experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking
• Databases
• Middleware
• VMware
• Unix/Linux
• Windows
• Cloud
• Experience in DR/BCP planning, testing, failover, recovery, and compliance
• Experience handling annual DR exercises, certifications, and BCT planning
• Strong Project/Program Management skills
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Experience working with onsite and offshore teams
• ServiceNow experience
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Banking/Financial Services experience
• Wells Fargo or Bank of America experience preferred
• Development/Automation experience
