Description

You will analyze and modernize project management tools to standardize full lifecycle capital delivery, financial management, and procurement integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder consultations and facilitate business process improvement sessions.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, technical requirements, and software system specifications.
• Design business architecture, database models, and technical processes.
• Bridge communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical teams.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and technical analysis.
• Experience with PFMT, CID, PRS, and Project Server.
• Proficiency in producing project artifacts using XML and UML.
• Experience with model-based processes and iterative development.
• Ability to design software system specifications and database models.
• Experience managing complex software solutions in n-tier environments.
• Strong capability in business process re-engineering and workflow design.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
