You will lead business analysis and technical evaluation for complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives. Your focus is on bridging the gap between business needs and integrated system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for solution, architecture, and development teams.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, use cases, and data flows across integrated systems.
• Document integration requirements, including system-to-system interactions and cross-platform dependencies.
• Support proof-of-concept work, solution design, and test plan development with technical teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technical analysis role.
• Strong ability to capture, analyze, and evaluate business processes and data flows.
• Experience documenting system integration requirements and interface specifications.
• Ability to assess technology requests and their impact on operational environments.
• Proficiency in developing project plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
• Experience with quality control oversight on production implementations.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, and impediments in cross-system environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating emerging technology trends for modernization opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and multi-disciplinary teams.
