Description

You will provide basic support services and assist professional IT staff with routine information systems tasks within a centralized IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware including personal computers, video display terminals, and printers.
• Troubleshoot information technology devices and peripheral equipment to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Manage physical connectivity including cabling and other hardware components.
• Perform routine information systems tasks under the supervision of professional IT staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with PC installation and configuration.
• Hardware troubleshooting for printers and display terminals.
• Knowledge of cabling and physical hardware maintenance.
• Ability to work under the supervision of professional IT staff.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
