Job Responsibilities include:
Provide hands-on technical support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and related end-user devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues through in-person, phone, and remote support.
Install, configure, deploy, and reclaim end-user computing equipment while maintaining accurate asset management records and inventory data.
Document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and technical activities using ticketing and service management tools such as Remedy and Clarity.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to user requests, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with desktop support teams and IT stakeholders to maintain stable desktop environments and support enterprise-wide technology operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Service Center environments.
Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, desktop and laptop hardware, software installations, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with experience in asset management, ticketing systems (Remedy, Clarity), remote support, and enterprise IT support operations
