Description

You will provide hands-on technical support for end-user hardware, software, and network environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
• Implement applications and software upgrades while troubleshooting performance issues.
• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost system efficiency and accuracy.
• Train employees in using software and hardware and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools.
• 3+ years troubleshooting computer peripheral devices including printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, and mice.
• 3+ years troubleshooting end-user computing devices such as desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
• 3+ years working in an Active Directory domain environment.
• Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.
• Networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues from the command line.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system design and implementation documentation.
• Ability to train non-technical staff on hardware and software usage.
