You will manage the operational health of IT infrastructure and provide direct technical support to end users.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
- Analyze staff needs and identify system vulnerabilities.
- Perform system and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
- Implement application and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Provide ongoing technical support and train employees on hardware and software usage.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Technical Support.
- Experience troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools.
- Proficiency in supporting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
- Experience working within an Active Directory domain environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.).
- Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge with command-line troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
