Description

You will manage the operational health of IT infrastructure and provide direct technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
  • Analyze staff needs and identify system vulnerabilities.
  • Perform system and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
  • Implement application and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and train employees on hardware and software usage.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Technical Support.
  • Experience troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools.
  • Proficiency in supporting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
  • Experience working within an Active Directory domain environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.).
  • Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge with command-line troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
