Description

You will manage Category 4 projects and support systems analysis through documentation and training.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time training programs to stakeholders.
• Create video recordings of training sessions for on-demand use.
• Manage project portfolios and track work items.
• Apply project management methodologies to IT projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management.
• 5+ years of experience in written communication and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Agile software development workflows.
• PMP Certification.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP and/or CSPO Certification.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
